CONTINUING EDUCATION FOR AMERICAN VETS
The 2013 ISDVMA European Symposium will be valid as a Continuing Education event for Veterinarians coming from North America, with the assignment of 15 C.E. credits !!
Welcome to the I.S.D.V.M.A. European Symposium that will take place on November 6th and 7th 2013, at the "Sala Galmozzi" conference hall in Bergamo, Italy.
After two edition of the Official I.S.D.V.M.A. Conference held in Europe (1995, France and 2008, Spain), our Association is back to the Old Continent !
For the first time an I.S.D.V.M.A. meeting will take place in Italy, with a "symposium" format, shorter than the Official Biennial Meeting and Conference but not less important for the scientific quality of the presentations.
During the two days of the Symposium, international speakers will offer state-of-the-art lectures about different aspects of sleddog medicine.
The Symposium will be held in Bergamo, a people-friendly city, rich in art, history and monuments, enclosed in the walls of "Città Alta", the old part of the town, high on the hilltop, preserved just the same as it was five centuries ago.
Bergamo is not far away from other well known italian wonders, such as Milan, capital of the fashion, Venice and Verona, charming romantic cities and the Alps, the highest mountain range in Europe.
The ISDVMA European Symposium 2013 is held under the Patronage of :

On the days after the Symposium (November 8th to 10th) athletes from all over the world will gather in Italy for I.F.S.S. Dryland World Championship, at Falzè di Piave (60 km north of Venice).
The host and technical organizer will be the Italian Federation of Sleddog Sports F.I.M.S.S.
